We do not arrange, negotiate, place, procure, structure, underwrite, or approve financing.
Our role is strictly limited to:
collecting information provided by business applicants,
transmitting that information at the applicant’s request to independent third-party funding sources or financing marketplaces, and
facilitating initial introductions between applicants and such funding sources.
Business-Purpose Only
All services are provided exclusively for business or commercial purposes.
We do not provide consumer-purpose financing and do not offer residential mortgage loans of any kind.
Third-Party Financing Providers
All credit decisions, loan terms, underwriting, approvals, and agreements occur solely between the applicant and the independent funding provider.
We do not participate in or influence any such decisions.
Compensation Disclosure
We may receive referral compensation from certain funding providers when an introduction results in a completed transaction.
Compensation is paid for referral and administrative support services only and does not constitute compensation for arranging, negotiating, or procuring financing.
No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice. Applicants should consult their own advisors.

• Power Lending Capital Group, LLC does not arrange, negotiate, procure, or advise on financing;
